Zlatan vs Aguero: Who are the Fantasy Football big hitters?

How do you separate these two? Right now, it doesn't seem like you can. They have both started the season in fine form. They have both consistently scored goals through out their career.

Agüero has more experience in the Premier League, However, Ibrahimovic seems to have adapted quickly. Aguero is often injured, can Guardiola protect him? Is Ibrahimovic vulnerable at his age in the physically demanding premier League?  Aguero is younger but Ibrahimovic has more experience. Will City win the league? Or will United win the league?

They really do match each other blow for blow. Aguero is trickier in that he is great at holding up the play and evading challenges. Zlatan is just Zlatan, he is strong, powerful and effective. So, how do they stack up in Fantasy?

Well, Aguero is more expensive, so I guess Ibrahimovic is the one to go with. However, my advice? Find a way to have both for the time being. A strong cheaper player to offset them will be worth the risk.

The point of this is to look at who the best choices for your fantasy team are this year but it is pretty obvious right now that Aguero and Ibrahimovic lead the way. However, the league is long and there are a few other players we can rely on for points.

So, who else is there?  Harry Kane was actually the golden boot winner last year and could well be again. He has gone two games without a goal but will almost definitely get back amongst them soon. When he does, he will give Aguero and Ibrahimovic a run for their money.

Jamie Vardy also scored well last year but is showing hints that he may not find that form again. However, we won't write him off just yet. The chances are coming his way and he just isn't taking them. One thing we can guarantee is that he won't stop running, so a few lucky breaks and he could be back among the goals.

Benteke, I ranted about him last year but at Palace he may get more of the service he needs. Ulikely to set the world on fire in my opinion but loves to go on a little run of form, when the form hits, it might be worth getting him in. I would say much the same thing about Romelu Lukaku.

Diego Costa is flying under the radar. He is scoring for Chelsea and Chelsea look like they are on the up. A rampant Costa is a force to be reckoned with and if he can keep fit he could make himself a must have for your fantasy team.

The reality is that three strikers that cost a lot of money is not feasible for your team. You will have to pick and choose. Right now, I can't see past Aguero and Ibrahimovic but I don't think it will stay that way. There will come a time when Kane is scoring as freely as the two and while he is still expensive, the extra mil or two you could save could add valuable extra points to your team.
